Visual Control Boards

In the age of computers Visual Control Boards (Visual Planning Boards) still have an important relevance in business management. Although obviously not capable of the mathematical facilities of the computer they are always there on the wall, easy to adjust, a permanent reminder of what has been done and what should be done.

They are usually but not necessarily used in conjunction with a time scale.
